Athlete of the Month - St. Jean de Brébeuf

Ife is a student of great honesty and integrity, as well as profound focus, intelligence, and drive. He has excelled in the classroom, earning Honours (80 % or higher) for the last three years, and maintaining an 84% senior average thus far and has served as a role model for St. Jean de Brebuef students and student-athletes alike. Ife is graduating this June and hopes to play varsity volley-ball at a Canadian University and obtain a Business Degree with a possibility of a career in Law. Ife’s accomplishments go beyond the class room, he is also a very talented left-side volleyball player and has an amazing jump serve that takes competitors breath away. This season, Ife’s leadership qualities lead St. Jean De Brebeuf’s Senior Boy’s Volley Ball team to a top ranking pre-playoff standing and to a semi-final match. He also plays for Mountain Athletic Club on the U 18 volleyball team . Recently, Ife was chosen to represent Brebeuf and HWCDSB for the Hamilton’s High School All-Star Volleyball 2013 match on November 27th. Through all his success, Ife has always been very humble. He is truly a talented well rounded student. He works hard in everything that he does and never loses his “Brave” faith. I know that he will continue to experience success in all that he does!
